Structures
RCC Framed Structure with RC Foundations. Anti termite treatment will be provided. 9” thick brick wall for the outer wall and 4½” thick brick wall for the internal partition wall.
Floor Ceiling height will be 10 feet and will be maintained at 9Ft 6 inches’ Clear after the flooring and plastering. (In the fourth floor wherever the slople roof exist it will come down maringally.)
Wall Finishes
Internal walls will be finished with cement plaster with Altec putty and emulsion paint (Except for Kitchen and Toilet). Toilet walls will be finished with double glazed ceramic tiles of 2 colours with border designer for aesthetics up to a height of 7 feet. Toilets, Kitchen and balconies will be finished with cement plaster and cement paint. 2 feet above the kitchen platform will be finished with double glazed ceramic tiles. Exterior faces of the building will be finished with cement plaster and as per architect’s specification and design.
Doors and windows
Entrance Doors (American) Void free solide core designer paneled doors with ultra vetri bolt lock (Godrej), Door eye, safety chain-cum-latch, tower bolt, door arrestor and stopper with rubber.
Bedroom doors – (American)Void Free solid core designer paneled doors cylinderacle locks of Godrej/ Eq. tower bolts and door arrestor, rubber doorstopper.
Toilet doors – Chemically treated doors with enamel paints, and the treatment can take continuos water splashes without corroding the door for a long period of time.
Windows –Elgi or eq. UPVC windows will be provided with see-through plain glass. Painted MS grills will be fixed on the inner side
Elevator
The building will be provided with passenger elevator of Johnson or Kone brand..
